Returns and Refunds

7 Day Return Policy: Acceptable Reasons for Returns

• Damaged, Leaking, Tampered, or Broken
• Incorrect Product Delivered
• Past Expiration Date
• Incomplete Order / Missing Items

Unacceptable Reasons for Return:

• Products that have been Opened, Used, or Altered.
• Original Packaging (boxes, labels, etc.) is missing.
• The Return/Replacement request is generated after 4 days from the delivery date.
• The Damaged/Missing product is reported after 4 days from the delivery date.
• Returning the product for any reason other than a manufacturing defect.
• Issues like stomach upset, headache, flavor appeal, flavor differences between brands, etc. are not eligible for return. Please consult with your healthcare provider before purchasing the product.

In Case of an Acceptable Reason for Return:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your product with photos as proof at https://jagrokhealthcare.in/home
2. We will review your return request within 24 working hours.
3. If approved (unusable, damaged), dispose of the product (instructions provided).
4. We'll arrange reverse pickup (if available) or reimburse your shipping cost.
5. We'll verify the returned product and initiate a replacement (subject to stock) or refund.

Refunds

• Refunds will not be issued if: 
  • The returned product is noticeably damaged or tampered with by you.
  • The shipping address provided during order placement is incorrect.
  • Part of the product has been consumed and then returned.

• Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Cancellation & Refunds

What are the modes of refund available?
